Abstract: With the continuous development of intelligent manufacturing technology, more and more enterprises are beginning to apply it to production and manufacturing. This paper takes a certain automobile parts enterprise as an example to explore the application of intelligent manufacturing in enterprises. Firstly, the concept and development status of intelligent manufacturing are introduced, and then the production and manufacturing process and existing problems of the enterprise are analyzed. Then, the application scheme of intelligent manufacturing in the enterprise is proposed, including intelligent production planning, intelligent production scheduling, intelligent quality control, etc. Finally, through the evaluation of the actual application effect, it is proved that the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in the enterprise has significant advantages and benefits.
